WHICH TEA TOWEL FUNDRAISING OPTION IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Combined Class or School Design

This design can include many individual drawings, such as one from each child in a class or even the whole school. We carefully arrange all images together into one beautiful finished tea towel design.

WHAT ARE MY TEA TOWEL PRINTING OPTIONS?

The most popular and cost effective fundraising option is the 1 colour group design. Collate all your images and we will set up the design for you. These are printed in 1 colour with a range of colours to choose from.
If you are looking for more colour we also have full colour group andindividual designs available. Let the kids imagination run wild andcreate beautiful bright tea towel designs.

HOW WILL MY COMBINED DESIGN TEA TOWELS LOOK?

GETTING STARTED IS EASY!

Step 1

Choose your tea towel design style. Pick from a one or full colour combined group, or individual artworks. This determines which coordinator kit to download.

Step 2

Each child creates their drawing using the drawing guide provided. These drawings will be used to create your unique tea towel design.

Step 3

Collate and send your artwork. Gather the drawings, class lists and design forms and send them to us. We’ll even provide a prepaid return label to make things easy.

Step 4

Submit your artwork and place your order. For group designs we’ll send a draft to approve before printing, then your tea towels will be printed and delivered.

FAQs

Q: How many images can I fit on the one tea towel?

As a general rule, we can have up to 350 head and shoulder images on the one design, or 200 hand prints. When there are more than 200 images, we recommend head and shoulder images only. We will type names to ensure images and names print clearly and are legible on designs with 250+ images.

Q: How long does it take?

From the moment you have decided you are going ahead with a Tea Towel Fundraiser, allow 3-4 weeks from start to finish. Whole school designs may take a little longer with artwork. Once artwork has been received, allow 7-10 business days to receive draft layout. 10-14 days for whole school designs.

Q: Can I print in 2 or more colours?

Most definitely - ask our team for more info and pricing.

Q: Do you colour match?

We certainly do at no additional cost. Please provide us with your PMS reference and we will colour match for you. Metallic and fluro inks attract a higher price. www.pantone-colours.com

Q: Do the children have to draw portraits?

Absolutely not! Consider setting a theme… for example, 'these are a few of my favourite things'. Be as creative as you wish!

Q: What if we don’t meet the min. order requirement?

You will be charged at the min. requirement quantity based on your design.

Q: Can we re-order?

Most definitely! Re-order pricing will be based on our retail 1-colour print pricing. Speak to our staff for pricing.

Q: Are their any hidden/extra costs?

Absolutely not! Pricing includes artwork, set up, garment, print and GST - excluding postage and any personalised packaging requirements.

Q: How many changes can I make to my artwork?

Basic spelling and minor changes will be made without charge, any major rearranging or changes after artwork has been approved will be incur a fee. Our team will advise before changes are made.

Q: Do you have a min. order requirement per design?

Yes, please check out our minimum order requirements.

Q: Will you accept our job if drawings are sent late?

Please contact our team to confirm. Generally speaking, yes! ALL orders received after cut off will be sent via express post at the client’s expense.
